PLANS AND PRICING

Most consultants ask for a fee up front. Then once you’ve paid, a consultant gives you their golden advice. But here’s the thing, they don’t help you actually implement or sustain any of those amazing ideas. They tell you what you should do to be more successful, and then wish you good luck. That doesn’t work out for the shop, and it gives consultants a bad rap. We don’t want to be like other consultants.

That’s why we invented a new way of doing business. 

 

WE REMOVE THE RISK

At Propagation, you pay nothing up front. We do observations, collect data, and ask questions. Then we share an assessment of how your shop is doing and what our recommendations are. This is all free of charge.

You make the decision if you want to implement these changes, and instead of us collecting a fee and saying “good luck”, that’s when we really get to work. That’s because we implement these changes with you, every step of the way. We teach you how to run your shop better, and we come to your shop to train, work with, and get feedback from mechanics until you say you’ve got it and don’t need any more help.

 WE SHARE THE SUCCESS

Our business runs differently from any other consultant you’ve ever heard of. We analyze your business financials and provide clear metrics for success. If we meet those metrics on a monthly basis, our fee is based on our performance. So you are only paying with money we have helped you earn. ​If there’s a bad month, or if our advice and help just doesn’t drive up sales like it’s supposed to: You don’t pay anything.
